Return Process

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on our website or via email on bestlunchfriends@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
